A floating baffle is designed and installed as a flow control device to control and/or direct the flow of water in a pond, settling basin or other body of water. The baffle increases the retentention time of water, creating a large active area improving efficiency and reducing the total suspended solids (TSS). This improves water quality and assists in meeting state and federal regulations for the discharge and treatment of waste water.

Our baffle systems are custom manufactured for each site under strict design, manufacturing and installation guidelines. Our project management teams have a strong track record in delivering projects successfully and on time. The baffles incorporate world class components such as XR-5, urethane and PVCs. Baffle components are selected to ensure longevity and resistance against chemicals and ultra violet radiation.
