Silt Sock & Silt Bag

Constructed from robust non woven geotextile filter cloth and typically filled with aggregate, Assise^® silt socks provide a temporary control for sediment run off. Arranged around a stormwater drain, this sock is an effective and flexible tool to prevent silt and sediment from entering the drainways.

Rubber Filled Silt Sock

A heavy duty and flexible approach to silt and sediment control. These units are transportable, easy to handle and made from heavy duty materials. The sock can be driven over, providing a unique approach to silt control in high traffic areas.

As they are filled with rubber, heavy silts are prevented from flowing through the barrier whilst still allowing for high water flow.

Silt Fence

A silt fence is used to prevent sediment carried from an area at risk to erosion from entering drains, natural waterways and sensitive environmental areas. Typical applications include mining, roadways, landfills and golf courses.

Reusable Silt Warden

Fits inside an existing drain pit while the drain grate holds this inlet protection device in place. The superior horticultural shade cloth captures silt, coarse sediments and debris whilst allowing water to flow through the stormwater drain. Designed for easy removal with forklift or other equipment and ideal for retaining silt on construction sites before roadways and infrastructure is laid.
